Absolutely useless service. My alignment was 1mm off to the left after paying for alignment in Mussafah. I live in central abu dhabi and mussafah is 45mins away. During ramadan heat months, the manager of this branch would not give permission to his mechanic to make it 1mm to the right. First he claimed his technician cannot do it, then he said if you give us full payment for alignment 150dhs we will do it by 1mm.

He wanted to charge me full amount for a service which he was not providing. Useless manager, useless supervisor. Be warned - the team here at this petrol pump for tyres and alignment are fraudsters. They will want to make maximum money from you and not give you correct advice of help in any situation. DO NOT USE this location for tyre of alignment or tracking, they charge triple other places, are rude, and give false information to make money - without keeping your best interest in mind. supervisor name- khurram shazad. Drive to Musafah and save your time, not organized , I waited there for 2 hours to change my tyres and I didn't have a chance even to start....even no body working on any car, they removed the tyres for 2 cars then they ordered the tyres to come from the store in Mafraq and all the time just the lanes are blocked and nobody can be served, then the tyres arrived wrong size, ahhhh.. then I called Yokohama in Musafah, I drove 20 min only and I got rewarded with fast and high quality service.

On phone call give a price when reached them give another price , not respecting people

They changed a wrong part of my car, charged me 680 AED. Doesn’t solve my car’s issue. They want to change another wrong part, cost 2800 AED. I declined. Went Mussafah and fixed within 1 day.

They used to be good. Not anymore.

This service is not even worth one star. Iam not sure if there is any regulator for this service.
They asked me to pay in advance and collected my money. I came back and forth for 2 days for simple tyre change which wasn't provided.
They gave me hard time to refund my money.
Customer service is simply terrible.
I done never recommend this store to any human being.
