1. Customer service is ok
2. If you come here to wash the car or change oil you will be waiting for at least 1 hour before they begin working on your car
3. 20 minutes to get here from any close by area and another 20 to get out.
4. 4/5 people on duty at the peak hours which makes the wait very long
5. Not everyone speaks english

Everything is good the only problem its take too much time for any service, i think they need more staff to make it fast , and Mr akter he was very helpful and kind with customer.

First time with Tajdeed services due to a coupon I bought. Must say the staff is really courteous and supportive. Akhter, the supervisor had a very professional approach and the car cleaning service was good. Would recommend this station for car wash!

I had great car washing experience from here ,not just once multiple times i have went for car washing and they did a great job all the time. It’s worth for the amount you are paying. In other service stations they charge more than double and had terrible customer experience for washing. If you’re looking for a best car wash try these guys . They just done an amazing job. Very much happy for there work . Don’t go for so called extreme car wash where the results are terrible .

I would like the management to please look and rectify the below issue what we as customers are facing. This is absolutely not acceptable from a reputable organization.
1. Insurance team member not reachable on phone or what app and the staff have no idea if he is available or not has he come to work or not.
2. Getting change of your money is a huge task everyone is asking each other to give change and of you as a customer they will straight say get change and come we don't have any.
3. Peak time only 4 staff on duty
4. Delays are causing us issues to routine day.
There need to be a huge improvement in these areas

Ms Noor , Ms. Fatma were very sweet in guiding bit they are also helpless when others are not available.
I would strongly request the management gentleman who is on the screen to look into the same and reply on my review.

Less manpower to support the operations and it takes hours to get the car washed. They need to get this sorted ASAP

However hats off to Nihad as he’s a very humble guy and down to earth guy that manages this place.

Muhammad Samad is the recommended Wheel Alignment Expert. They need to digitize their contracts process.

Service and customer care are very impressive, especially from Mr. Akthar, who is managing everything with good manners and patience. The only negative thing I felt was the lack of manpower. We need to wait a little while to get the car washed. Most of the time, there will be only 2–3 staff for the services, and it takes more than 2 hours as per the rush here, especially on holidays. So inform management to add more staff to this team for a better experience.

They are professional in their services, very attentive staff and clean & hygienic waiting area with drinking water facility, prayer room and wash rooms... More over you'll get fast wifi too. Special thanks to Mr Osman and his workshop team.
