I wish there should b a option to give no star So the story starts with my mistake . I booked serviceMyCar Major on monday 5th June, service for 399 +tax =420 they took my car on next day. And delivered me the car on 7th which was ready mentioned My mistake was, that i Booked without reviewing the reviews. So after handover my car to the logistics team i then search about the reviews and found that i already made a mistake. After all that I was wishing that everything go code. They send me a video and inspection report on the same day in evening which was showed to me critical issue. Next day the sent me quotation and the quotation was approx 12K i didn’t took any screenshot of that so i am not sure the exact amount. Because when i saw that i immediately shock ed and rejected. After that they delivered the car to me. After unloading i saw that the car was not even washed i told then that they even washed the tires. Even they didn’t used the proper air pressure to removed the sands or dust even from inside or outside. I complained about it they asked me about the picture and video. I sent them , which are already uploaded here. Today i went to a mechanic with a reference to find out this critical issues. He told me this are not critical you can drive they are without any issue but is you want to fixed them it will cost you around 2800. - 3000. Most of the issue are bushing issues and linker issue. And he inspected without any charges. Then i saw a email from ServiceMyCar for my complaint offering me a free wash on their wear houses on al quoz so they want me for a 30aed service i drive my car to al qouz. I am worried about the other services they did so now i am very much doubtful on oil change and other fluid they changed . There were 3 major services in this package one . Oil change and second wash and clean third inspection. 1. Oil change - doubtful 2. Clean and wash - failed 3. Inspection - very very high quote. Overall bad bad bad experience. Suggestion. Goto a reliable mechanic to inspection. Change oil from any petrol pump. And wash or clean the car from any mall for 25 Aed and give extra 10 for interior cleaning it will also help them Save money save time and do not be scam from them. If any authority is reading this please do a legal inspection of this company that they are doing a proper scam with the customers Thank you so very much for reading this Hope this will helpful and will save others
I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Car Service Company. First tome It’s been almost 5 days, and I still haven’t been able to collect my car. AC didn’t work and they bring me car back with broken AC again. They apologized and they took the car again but its again 5 days. I told them to bring me my car back because communication is not acceptable (still waiting for response). Every time I message customer care I have to wait 45-50 minutes for reply. If you ask about the car they said they will let you know and than no answer till I massage again. If I call and speak to someone, and even then, I’m told they’ll call me back, which never happens. I use to take my car to them before and I never had the problem like this. The level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like there’s no proper communication or coordination within the team. They definitely lost one more customer.
The service garage chosen in Abu Dhabi from SMC is not good, which I request that they should change. However Team at SMC have been wonderful and value customer satisfaction. I had shown them how their 3 rd party garage had cleaned the car with pictures. Immediately Ms Khyati from SMC complain team had taken all the helpful steps in ensuring that my car is returned back in full quality. Thank you Khyati and supportive team of SMC complaints department. PS: change your garage service provider at Abu Dhabi
The Worst car service anyone can give in Dubai. They missed the time to deliver. No one respond when you call them. I personally had to come to pickup the car and when I entered their Al Quoz 4 AutoFix service centre the car was left ON with ignition and AC. Later when started the car it did not as it had drained the Battery. The service Manager Mrityunjay and a senior person told battery needs to be changed. They repeatedly told it has ro be changed and that it will work once Jumpstart but morning it will not start.. I jumpstarted the car and kept it ON for 10 mins.. later restarted it worked. They gave so many reason on the battery failure even tough it was a new battery from agency.. Then for delivery they wanted me to wait till 9PM which was like 2 more hours and the operation person Abdullah was also not customer friendly either. Didn't care about customer experience at all.. will not recommend anyone to use SMC. Pathetic collaboration between SMC and Autofix to mint money.. Poor service.. didn't expected this from ServiceMyCar
