I don't recommend this quickfit abu dhabi. Careful with this auto center, they are a BIG SCAM! Technicians don't know how to fix anything, they are all like playing and getting your money. They don't even reply you when you send message asking for any update about your car. I had my car fixed, after 15days I encountered a problem. They fix it again coz it's still under warranty. After 4months, my car broke down again with the same issue. Now they will not fix it coz warranty is done as per their record and they want to charge me 12k for another trash work! I will never have any of my car fix with these people!
I had issue with my hyundai sonata hybrid one of my frnd reffered the shop i visit & Shamindas KS & Manager Name Mr Umer And colleagues name Mr. Saad , Mr.Ahmed. Mr. Afsal . Mr . Ateek all are so friendly and well mannered staff at the reception especially who attended me mr shamindas was great experience ti meet and explain the car issue to him. I got satisfied quote and there work Good people & good work for all cars 🎉🎉
I hope people can stay away from this garage. You went to ask them to fix a minor AC problem in your car but they went to check other things telling you to change something because of some other issues they found, the reason why there was an AC problem and quoted 4k+ . As what they said, the parts that they mentioned that needs to be replaced will be all original parts. The guy who assisted me even said if i wont change this possible days from now issue i reported will come back which i know it won't. Not good to say to customers, hence, leaving a bad review.
I recently took my car to Quick fit auto center, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! A few weeks ago, I entrusted my Genesis GV80 (2020) to your team for some mechanical repairs, and I am truly impressed with the quality of work done. I could do a long write-up, but I spent enough time waiting for repairs > 6 weeks and chasing and taxi costs, and I had to send it back for an issue that didn't exist when i brought it in that they said they had proactively identified and fixed.
Only time they are responsive or active communication is to get paid.
Just avoid.
Going to lose any future business or referrals across both cities

No idea how they got 4.3 rating might be requested few clients to get to these numbers. I submitted my car and waited 3days to get even a report or qoutation. Many time called, no response. One of my friend went he had the same experience. Better to pay extra amount and go to agency. Or pay very less to go to a mechanic in Mussafah who will fix in front of you...
They have a very sweet mouth in which innocent people get trapped very easily. Let me share you my experience, i drop my car at the workshop on 22nd Nov 2024, and receive the quotation on 25th nov which we keeps on negotiating and discussing for few days and finally i gave them approval to work on 30th Nov 2024, and i was promised that car will be delivered before new year and our agreed amount including everything was exactly 40k and quick fit team promise me that they will give me like a new car in 40k which i accepted and paid them 50% payment by the end of the month. When i didn't get the delivery on time i started calling them and they start making excuses and after few days send me again one more quotation of 5k, in which they almost blackmailed that we will not continue the work unless you gave approval which waste another 20 days, finally i ask them to proceed as I'm using rent a car and want to get rid of it. Today its 24th March 2024 and I still haven't received my car yet, i have been following with them since last week and they are not responding me proper. I don't know what they are going to do further as car Registration is already expired while car is in workshop so there's fine adding up every month plus because of their negligence I had to bear a Muwaqqaf fine as well while the car with them. I still don't know when I'll receive my car and how much i do have to pay for it.
Yesterday I finally got my car back from them on 30th April 2025 after 5 months approx. with the following snags and must tell you first time I saw their quotation; I feel prices are really ultra-high.
1. Right side back view mirror motor still dislocating. (charged)
2. Right side left rear window not opening. (charged)
3. The front screen washer bottle was not replaced. (charged)
4. Right side back light not working. (charged)
5. The touch screen looks like somebody smacks it.
6. Central glass holders are not fixed.
7. Indicator lights are not working as before.
8. Slider above the glass holder (before they said it'll be done, no problem) now saying not available.
9. Driving side rear glass control switches are loose.
10. Canopy under front boot cover needs to be fixed nicely.
Moreover, when I sit my car, it was like heat damaged from inside and Mr Ateeq the sales guy softly said yes sir it's because the car was not under the shade for last 5 months. I really don't get these people mentality. When they speak to you, they talk very polite, charming, lovely talks but only talks nothing happened practically, instead of accepting their mistake keeps on arguing for the payment.
