I don’t normally write reviews but I thought the service here was excellent value, prompt and efficient. I had both my road bike and because of the service received I then had my mountain bike fully serviced as well. VERY competitively priced in comparison to other bike shops in Dubai. Well worth visiting.
I give 5 stars to Noor Al Mahara Bicycles for the best services I ever experience. From receptionist and up to all the staff. They handled customer extra special and the experties of how they are preparing my cargo just to make sure it's safe. Salute for this kind of company more power to everyone. I have given the below scooter to check the wiring. im sure all the parts are working properly when i handover my scooter to their african technician. At the end of the day, they called me that they have to change trottle and we agreed for the price to change it. after waiting for 2 days, i came to shop to collect my scooter and came to know that its exactly the same issues that i want to repair. It became worst i could say, the speed became so slow and the horn is not working at all. PLease beware to everyone mostly to the african technician, he even told me that i dont like to pay thats why im having those isuues.... anyways i know my scooter, so i know something is wrong with their service as well..... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ........
