I had a great experience with Mr. Shahid, the watch mechanic. He was extremely professional and quickly helped me remove the link from my watch. His efficiency and expertise were impressive. Truly a skilled professional—highly recommended!
Shahid literally fixed my 2 TV remotes literally in 5 mins, and saved me from getting new ones! He did an excellent job with ease, this was a superb customer service, Minutes is my go to place from now on, literally to fix anything. thank you guys, very practical place indeed.

The worst service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!! Lots of my bags was damaged by their mistake!!!!!!!!! What’s even more outrageous is that the manager did absolutely nothing to solve the situation, not even offering any solutions!!!!!!Simply appalling and disgraceful service, by far the worst I have encountered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They charged me 20 dirhams for literally 10 seconds of work. There was dust stuck in the iPhone charging port…the tech blew into it, tried the charger, worked. And instead of a goodwill gesture that it should have been, asked me to pay 20 bucks. Lost a customer…
Very poor customer service. Their print layout was not neat and I asked to press “delete” in one line to make document look better however the Filipina lady refused to do so saying it’s forbidden by management. What a ridiculous rule is that? All printing shops help to edit and adjust documents. When I asked to talk to the manager she said manager is not there. Secondly I was not feeling well also in their shop it’s extremely hot I felt very dizzy and nauseous and asked them for a chair so I can sit and find my document in my phone. They refused to give me chair although their chair was right there.Filipina lady told me to go out and sit on the bench outside store. They printed ALL MY DOCUMENTS in color to charge me more and one document went out messy and Filipina lady said that I still have to pay for it. If I was not sick today I would just turn around and go to other shop. Absolutely zero customer service skills!
What happen to you're techinican in IBN battuta mall branch. i have very bad experience, because almost 1 month no one will contact me if already repaired or no my watch , i'm always follow up my watch but all your technician snob me. it's very crazy! I will never again comeback to your shop in IBN BATTUTA MALL BRANCH!
