Firstly, the map location mentioned is incorrect! Hence I called up the number and the gentleman spoke to me said “That’s why you should call me before coming”!

Secondly, when I mentioned, I get some squeaking noise while driving on bumps! “He said, checking charge AED400 if you don’t buy part from us!”
So I bought a WD-40 (of course, not from him 😄) and fixed the squeaking noise!
Great service from these guys, had a leaking front air suspension on my Porsche called them for a quote and muhanned the guy in charge asked to come down for inspection, he explained the options available, now the problem is solved top guys and top service

My 2013 BMW 750Li developed a leak in the rear air shock, I contacted Mastershocks and arranged same day appointment and repair was completed in 1 day. Great communication, they shared videos of the problem, old parts removed, new parts delivered and testing after installation to ensure the repair was completed. Very good service at a reasonable price and highly recommend.

They’re truly masters as the name suggests it’s verrrrry difficult to find honesty and someone who truly understands me hands when it comes to car issue this is one of the most complicated issues air suspension system and I got it fixed with Mr Muhaned who was honest professional and knew what he’s talking about with great pricing I truly trust them after this experience I had to change my air shock absorbers for my Audi a8 which needed someone like Mr Muhaned not only fixing and updating and doing a full system collaboration he’s truly an expert keep it up Mr.Muhaned will always service the car at your place..
