Few months back I got replaced my iPhone 14 Pro back glass from fix Spot electronic .with company claiming that they will be using the original one . But to my disbelief within 2-3 month I see a crack on the glass without ever my phone falling out of my hand. When I told them about this issue , they completely ignored . Disappointed

I’m so happy about the service. They fixed my MacBook because water damaged the keyboard and the motherboard. I called fixspot and they came to my house and picked my laptop. They repaired it super fast, in less than 2 days and I tried it before paying. I recommend it 100% the service is sooooo good, even better than I expected

This is the worst company around.
They broke my phone and it took 4 different occasions for them to fix it to which they did not fix it.
They are con men do not use as this cost me a lot of money and wasted a lot of time.
When I took this back to a different shop they had not fitted parts correctly and missed parts.

Very bad experience. They have changed broken the display screen to new one. Newdisplay screen is worst. i am not able to type properly. They have taken lots of money from me for such fake display screen. Please choose good shop.
worst service ever! came to the shop just to change the iphone battery, came home and charged until 100% (as advised by the technician) and it was draining so fast, 30mins and mu battery was dead, called them and even blamed me of whats happening to my phone, went to apple center so they found out they damaged the motherboard. I was asking for a settlement but they just want to put my old battery back, but the damaged has been done, my phone is ruined and unrepairable
