Epic provided a full pre-purchase inspection for only 200AED. They looked under the chassis, gave it a test drive, and did the onboard computer check. Then one of their staff personally showed me and explained to me all the issues with the vehicle. They saved me from purchasing a vehicle without knowing it had an un-reported accident. I’m very grateful for this garage.

My car had major transmission and suspension issues, but the quick service and expert help from Mr. Mateen were exceptional. His in-depth knowledge and willingness to explain everything clearly were impressive. Regular updates kept me informed throughout the process. Not only did they resolve the main problems, but they also identified other issues and delivered my car feeling like new at half the cost of other quotes. Mr. Mateen's outstanding service has made me a loyal customer, and I'll definitely recommend “Epic Repair” to my friends.
I took my car to Epic Car due to a simple headlight issue, and it ended up staying with them for over 50 days. The story is way too long to tell here, but in short: I brought in a working car for a minor problem, and now it might be headed for the scrapyard. Especially for cars with electrical issues, I absolutely do not recommend this place. Based on what I’ve learned from the garage I later sent the car to in Dubai, these guys seem highly amateur. They didn’t perform any proper security checks on the systems, nor did they reprogram the key to sync properly with the car. And let me add this: I’m not even counting the parts they made me order from the UK. On top of that, they washed the car without asking and charged me for it — I guess that’s the peak of the scam. Stay away from this place.
In the past the work was very good but the quality has dropped a lot like almost all garages in Musafa.
