NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM… I have ordered 2 bikes for my kids wich both came with defect and in the same day contact contact them and they said they would came to repair … never came to repair their bad quality bikes.

The bike is good. But the customer service is Bullshit. They are not replying properly, maybe they are not educated i guess? But i have some important questions to ask, no one can answer! I want to ask for the item that i buy because the Breaks and lights of my cycle is not good quality. I want some spare parts. But they are not replying! Useless Customer Service! Don't put "Customer Service" on your Page if it's not contactable!
Worst experience ever. Sent my kids car for them to fix it. They returned it in a worst condition- and they are insisting it wasn’t like this in the warehouse when they “fixed it”. The original problem was different than this.. the car was actually in better condition we sent it.., and now he is manipulating me - saying no other supplier can fix it because it’s exclusive to them. Dishonest and unreliable people. Avoid at all costs - I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought from them.
