Avoid “Best in Town Repairs” at all costs!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They took my fridge, claimed they’d fix it, but ended up using cheap parts that made the problem worse. To make matters worse, they refused to let me inspect the fridge until I paid upfront—without even verifying that the repairs were done properly.

The customer service was appalling, with no accountability or transparency. They were dismissive and unprofessional, showing no regard for resolving the issue. My experience makes it clear: they’re not trustworthy and certainly not "best" at anything.

Save yourself the frustration—stay far away from these liars and cheaters.

Charged me 1100aed to fix my freezer, it stopped working again on the 6th day, on the 7th day the technician came out and told me they fixed it, I told them it wasn’t working but they said it takes time to freeze, it didn’t freeze they then suggested they take it away again and I could rent a fridge freezer at aed 150 for the first day at which point I ordered a new appliance. I am still waiting for them to call me! Terrible company!

First time to try best in town service, and I was very satisfied with the level of service provided form the time I called their number until the team completed the job. Seamless service and excellent communication. The service guy Mofyz was very professional and polite and knows exactly what he was doing. They fixed my oven. I had called them to fix my Washing Machine and they came promptly and took the machine. They returned it the next day and said that they changed the water pump but the machine started leaking. They took it again and brought it back and the original problem of water getting drained without washing was not fixed. When I called them back, they said that the repair warranty was over. I called them within 30 days but they insisted that they warranty starts from the day of invocie which they issued the invoice on the date of taking the machine and not the day the fixed and returned the machine. When I called the agency for repairs they said that no parts have been changed on the unit. So I dont trust them. Disappoined with the service. Be cautious.

1- They will collect your machine then they will over charge and you will not have any option but to accept.
2- Aggressive attitude, the team when asked to wait outside the house while discussing with the management they refused until security were involved.

Very poor service. Only good in charging money but cant fix my appliances. No more for this company. Dont trust them, waste of money and time.
