Al Naveed Ac is one of the best Ac company in whole Dubai. I would recommend to everyone to call always Mr. Naveed for inquiries.
Despite several follow ups with them, they only promise you with a time that never met. My secretary called them at 11:50 am and they said they need 40 minutes to reach but after more than 2.5 hours they call you from a place that’s 40 minutes away from my house !. So if they promise you with a time they will reach you not less than 2.5 hours from their promise. Unprofessional company to deal with

Shared dimensions, shared images of what I wanted, gave detailed explanation of what needs to be done - agreed on time & cost prior their visit.
Team came late (1 hour), tried changing price by unreasonable amount during installation, messed up on my kitchen and I asked them to leave.

Recently I had an experience with Al Naveed AC, this company is one of the best maintenace AC company in the whole UAE.
they came to fix my Air conditioning and I paid them in full, They simply washed the AC filter and ran away.
None of my units are operational and their manager told me they are not worried if we complain to Ded.
we started an AMC 1year ago with in 6 months, their technicians had spoiled more than 14 Split AC, we recently changed all the 14 AC, they are unethical in work, & they don't even know how to service AC', but they know how to spoil the AC.....
They don't repair AC unless we give money & after repairing within 2days it will stop working, they don't even lift the calls.
Don't even dare to hire them, Absolutely useless at their work. Never use them..
